On optimal stochastic jumps in multi server queue with impatient customers via stochastic control

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>In this paper, a queuing system as multi server queue, in which customers have deadline and they request service from random number of identical severs, is considered. Indeed there are stochastic jumps, the time intervals between successive jumps independent exponentially distributed. These will be occurred due to new arrival or situation change servers. Therefore can controlled by restricting arrivals well rate for obtaining optimal jumps. Our model consists single queue with infinity capacity Poisson process. This processes contains deterministic <inline-formula><tex-math id="M1">\begin{document}$ \lambda(t) $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula> exponential id="M2">\begin{document}$ \mu rate. In case relevant deadlines until beginning their service. contribution extend Ittimakin Kao's results queueing impatient customers. We also formulate aforementioned problem complete information control. control law found through dynamic programming.</p>
